How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Adelaide Hills base. Standard Australia Post delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We pack orders quickly! If you need to make a change, contact us at info@acaciablends.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order number and we'll sort it out right away — replacement or refund, your call.
Are your mushroom powders actually grown in Australia?
100%, every time. Our whole food mushroom powders are grown in the Yarra Valley, Victoria — free from chemicals, with no fillers added. We'll never compromise on sourcing.
